The ultimate Green Smoothie Bowl

Key Health Benefits:

  • This bowl is a refreshing way to start your morning, acquiring your daily recommendation for fruit, a wide range of plant based proteins, natural fibres and good fats. As well as the added benefits of spirulina!
  • Spirulina is a natural algae or moss that has been dried for us to obtain its spectacular components into our diets. Yes it’s a moss don’t freak out, and has quite a strong taste, thats why a little goes a long way, and that’s all you’ll need. This magic moss is being used globally to help fight major health issues such as cancer, heart related problems and limits the growth of bad bacteria in the body, as well as linking to limiting blood sugar absorption connecting to weight loss success.
  • Top this bowl with a range of nuts and seeds, to ensure you are getting a complete plant based protein!


Ingredients for your shopping list:
1 cup frozen mango
2 frozen bananas
1 cup coconut water
1/2- 1 teaspoon spirulina
1 teaspoon maca
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon coconut oil


  1. Combine all ingredients into a blender or bullet
  2. Blitz until all the ingredients are nicely combined and smooth
  3. If too thick add more liquid, if too runny add more frozen fruit
  4. Transfer to a bowl and top with a range of nuts like almonds, walnuts or macadamias, seeds such as sunflower, hemp or pumpkin, muesli or some dried fruit for added vitamins and goodness!

Pineapple, Passionfruit and Mint infused VOSS Water
